Is an account required in order to buy products from the Brooks Photographic Imaging website? 

All customers must create an account with the Brooks Photographic Imaging website in order to purchase products.

 

Can I change my membership information if necessary?

Yes, if you have a need to change your account information.  Your personal information relating to you and your order history are only available to you if you provide the correct username and password that you created for management of your account at the sign in page.

 

What about my privacy?

At Brooks Photographic Imaging we are committed to protecting your privacy.

The information you enter into our website is only to make shopping at www.brooksphotographicimaging.com a wonderful experience to our valued customers.

Our customers can rest assured that we only use your personal information for business and at Brooks Photographic Imaging we will adhere to our in house policy in that we will never share your information with anyone unless we receive your permission in writing.

 

What are my payment options?

We only accept Visa and MasterCard online.

In some cases we accept payment by check for our services.  You must contact us for our current and complete policy on accepting payment by check. 

For your security please do not send cash.  Brooks Photographic Imaging is not responsible for cash sent through the mail.

 

Is there a Brooks Photographic Imaging retail store?

Yes, we sell all of our photographic products through our photo product sponsor, Penn Camera, Inc. 

 

Is there a Brooks Photographic Imaging catalog?

You can contact Caroleann Fusco for all product information and to obtain a current issue of the Penn Camera catalog when available.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes, shopping at Brooks Photographic Imaging is safe. Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, considered the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act you have certain protections as a consumer, protections such as;

  • Charges that list the wrong date or amount
  • Charges for goods and services you didn't accept or weren't delivered as agreed
  • Math errors
  • Failure to post payments and other credits, such as returns
  • Failure to send bills to your current address - provided the creditor receives your change of address, in writing, at least 20 days before the billing period ends
  • Charges for which you ask for an explanation or written proof of purchase along with a claimed error or request for clarification
